Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing my artwork and/or enrolling in my online courses. I am committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below:

 

Physical Artwork

  1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
    All sales of physical artwork are final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

    • Provide clear photographs of the damage/defect and the original packaging.

    • Once verified, I will offer you a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.

  3. Commissioned Artwork

    • Deposit Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upfront to confirm your commissioned artwork. This deposit covers materials, time, and initial concept development.

    • Opting Out: If at any point after paying the deposit you decide not to proceed with the commissioned artwork, you may opt out. No further payment will be required, but the deposit will not be refunded, and the artwork will remain with me.

    • Final Payment and Delivery: The commissioned artwork will not be sent or made available until the final payment has been received in full. Once the final payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Digital Products (Online Course)

  1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
    Once you purchase and gain access to the online course, no refunds will be issued for change of mind.

  2. Access Issues
    If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us at enquiries@layerontexture.com for support. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

  3. Exceptional Cases
    Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as unexpected personal situations, duplicate purchases. Proof of the issue will be required. Every case will be reviewed on a case by case basis and is at the discretion of Layer on Texture.
